CSF B-Lymphocyte Chemoattractant (CXCL13) in the Early Diagnosis of Acute Lyme Neuroborreliosis

Norway (abstract only).  A chemical in the spinal fluid, B-lymphocyte attracting chemokine (CXCL13) may be diagnostic for neurological Lyme disease, as shown in this study of 59 consecutive patients referred for possible neuroborreliosis.
